1. Brand Management:
• Champion brand consistency across all channels, maintaining our brand identity, tone, and values.
• Conduct market research to fine-tune brand positioning in line with target audience perceptions and needs.
• Product substitution analysisOversee potential risks to the brand's reputation, coordinating with PR and communications teams when needed.
2. Online Marketing:
• Drive online campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage the content team to produce relevant, engaging content that resonates with our online audience.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Online Business Growth:
• Drive online campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.Oversee performance marketing efforts such as PPC, affiliate marketing, and retargeting to ensure consistent online revenue streams.
• Enhance our online presence from website functionality to landing pages, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Continuously monitor and interpret online metrics, driving sales growth and engagement.
4. Offline Brand Strategy:
• Lead offline initiatives.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to bolster consistent brand representation in physical arenas.
• Oversee offline advertising campaigns.
• Plan and manage events and influencers, participation in exhibitions.
5. Marketing Strategy Formulation:
• Innovate, develop, and roll out marketing strategies that amplify brand prominence and spur sales.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns and alignment with overarching business aims.
6. Team Management & Collaboration:
• Direct, mentor, and elevate a team of marketing aficionados, instilling a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate extensively with sales, product development, operations and other key departments to realize comprehensive marketing success.
